How it works

from “what if”
to what’s next.

A straightforward way to start your banking, finance or insurance enquiry. Know what to share, what to expect and who handles the next stage.

01

Tell us your plans

Choose a service and share a short outline through the contact form, phone or email. The website form prepares a message on your device; you choose whether to send it in your email app or WhatsApp.

  • Start with your goal and preferred service
  • Keep sensitive documents out of the first message
02

Clarify the next steps

Speak with AMAFH about your enquiry and current provider availability. Ask what information may be needed, which process applies and whether there are any service charges to confirm before proceeding.

  • Confirm the provider and product being discussed
  • Ask for a clear explanation of any charges
03

Review before applying

Read the provider’s current product documents, fees and conditions. Submit required documents through its approved process. The provider carries out checks and decides eligibility, pricing and approval.

  • Keep a copy of the offer and applicable terms
  • Treat an enquiry as a first step, not an approval

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

your questions, answered.

Still have something in mind? Speak to our Dubai team.

Ask our team
Has my enquiry been sent when I press “Prepare”?

No. A preview opens with email and WhatsApp options. You review the message and send it through your chosen app. The website does not store or submit an application to a provider.

Can I start without all my documents?

Yes. Begin with a short description of your plans. A provider will confirm the required documents if you proceed to its application process.

Does sending an enquiry commit me to a product?

No. A website enquiry is a request for a conversation, not acceptance of a finance agreement, bank account or insurance policy.

EXPLORE WITH CONFIDENCE

prepare once. ask better questions.

A service enquiry and a formal application are separate stages. The first helps clarify what you want to explore; the second belongs to the provider and includes its required checks. Knowing what happens at each stage makes it easier to prepare without confusing an initial conversation with a confirmed product offer.

Illustrative conversation about financial plans Your ambitions. Our connections.
01

Before your first message

Choose the service most closely related to your goal. Add a brief description of what you want to achieve, your approximate timing and one or two questions. Avoid detailed financial records or medical history in the message. If several services are connected, mention that connection so the team can understand the context without treating it as a combined application.

02

When discussing an available option

Confirm the provider’s identity, the exact product and which requirements apply to your situation. Ask for written details about costs, key conditions and the application process. Clarify any service charge with the party charging it. If an indicative figure is discussed, ask what assumptions it uses and which checks remain before a final decision.

03

After you choose to proceed

Use the provider’s approved application and document channels. Keep a copy of submitted information and any confirmed offer, and understand who to contact for progress, servicing or claims. An approval, account activation or policy start is confirmed by the provider according to its process. AMAFH’s website enquiry does not itself complete any of those stages.

BEFORE YOUR NEXT STEP

a few more useful answers.

Start a conversation
What should I ask if an indicative offer changes?

Ask the provider which information or assessment changed, and request the current written offer. Compare its full terms again before accepting; an earlier estimate may have been conditional.

Who handles account servicing or an insurance claim?

The provider’s official support or claims channel handles the product. Keep those contact details with your documents. A website enquiry to AMAFH is not a payment instruction, claim report or request to change a provider account.

A CLOSER LOOK

from an idea.
to a clearer conversation.

Understand what happens at each stage of an AMAFH enquiry. Preparation, an initial message and a provider discussion serve different purposes and require different levels of detail.

Choose the service closest to your goal and read the relevant guide. Note your intended use, preferred timing and the main questions you want answered. You do not need a complete application file to begin. A short outline gives the team something specific to discuss while leaving identity, account and other sensitive records for the relevant provider’s explained document process later in the journey.

A clear outline is enough to start.
Discuss this with AMAFH

Use phone or email for a direct enquiry, or prepare a message with the website form. The form shows a draft that you can review before continuing in your email or WhatsApp application. Opening the draft does not send it: you choose when to send from that application. Review your service selection and contact details so the message reflects the conversation you actually want to have.

Review the draft, then send it yourself.
Discuss this with AMAFH

Use the conversation to identify what needs a provider answer and what information may be required next. Ask whether you are still discussing a service or entering a formal application process. The provider determines its checks, documents and product decision. If a visit to the Dubai office would be helpful, arrange it with the team first so the topic and timing are clear.

YOUR NEXT STEP, CONSIDERED

small preparations.
a smoother enquiry.

A well-prepared enquiry does not need to be long. These practical details help your message stay focused and make a follow-up conversation easier to organise.

01 / 03

Before you write

Read the page for the service you want to discuss. Select one main purpose and note any connected enquiry separately. Think about which questions you cannot answer from the guide, rather than sending a general request for every available product.

  • The service or goal you want to explore
  • Two or three specific questions
  • Your preferred conversation channel
Browse the service guides
02 / 03

Before you send

Read your draft once as if you were receiving it. Check that your contact details are accurate and the message explains its purpose. Keep document numbers and private financial information out of the initial outline. You can ask about the proper process for any documents later.

  • Correct name and contact information
  • A concise message in your preferred language
  • No sensitive attachments in the initial outline
Prepare your enquiry
03 / 03

Before you proceed

Check what the next action actually means. Requesting information is different from applying for a product, and an application is different from a provider decision. Read any written terms you receive and ask for clarification where the process or a condition remains unclear.

  • The provider responsible for the product
  • What stage the enquiry has reached
  • Written information for the proposed next step
